SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — The Watertown Arrows secured a second-place finish with a score of 144.6 at the 2026 Lolly Forseth Invite on Saturday. Mitchell claimed the top spot with a 147.8, while host Sioux Falls Lincoln placed third at 142.325.
Watertown was led by Shauna Evenson, who placed second on the beam (9.525), third in the all-around (36.275), and tied for fourth on the floor (9.35). Macy Olsen followed closely, taking third on the beam (9.475), fourth in the all-around (35.875), and matching Evenson’s fourth-place floor score.
Other top-five finishers for the Arrows included Ashlynn Andrews, who placed fifth on the vault (9.35); Emery Gaikowski, who took fourth on the bars (8.725); and Ella Palmquist, who finished fifth on the beam (9.3).
Watertown gymnastics returns to action Jan. 26 for a home quadrangular against Pierre, Harrisburg, and Brookings.
