Hach, Konrad, and Randall Lead Watertown Girls Wrestling to Strong ESD Showing

BRANDON, S.D. — Three Watertown wrestlers earned gold medals as the Arrows finished fourth in the team standings at the 2026 Eastern South Dakota Conference Girls Championship on Thursday. The Arrows finished with 103 points, while Pierre claimed the team title with a score of 168

For the Arrows, Eden Hach took the top prize at 235 pounds after winning by decision over Kendis Sackreiter of Brookings. Allison Konrad reached the top of the podium at 190, winning by fall over Brylee Pelle of Pierre. Brooklyn Randall also took home gold at 115, defeating Pierre’s Chevelle Brakke by fall.

Other Watertown placewinners included Vanessa Anderson (third, 105), Olivia Anderson (second, 120), and Nevaeh Schanbeck (fourth, 170).

Up next for the girls is the Region 1 tournament Feb. 19 in De Smet. The Watertown boys team will compete at the State Duals Tournament this weekend.
