WATERTOWN, S.D. — The Watertown Shamrocks announced they have signed forward Sam Lenzi to a tender agreement for the 2026-27 season.
Lenzi, a 2008-born prospect from Crystal Lake, Illinois, joins the organization after a standout performance with the Windy City Storm 18U AAA program. He led the Storm in scoring this season, recording 19 goals and a team-high 38 assists for 57 points. Lenzi also paced the team with a plus-29 rating.
A tender agreement in junior hockey is a contract that gives a team the exclusive rights to a player within their league for the upcoming season.
