Arrows roll to pair of 8-1 victories over Jefferson & Milbank

WATERTOWN, S.D. — The Watertown tennis team delivered a commanding performance Tuesday, securing 8-1 victories over both Sioux Falls Jefferson and Milbank in a home triangular at Highland Park.

The Arrows found consistent success across the board, led by a core group of players who went undefeated in singles play. Xane Fligge, Matthew Bertsch, Dawson Hartman, Tyson Lawrence, and Boston Butler all earned individual wins against both the Cavaliers and the Bulldogs.

Watertown also swept the doubles competition. The pairings of Fligge-Hartman, Joey Meester-Bertsch, and Lawrence-Butler each recorded victories.

The Arrows (5-1) will remain at home for their next competition against Sioux Falls Roosevelt and Aberdeen Roncalli on April 20.
