WATERTOWN, S.D. — The schedule is set for the Watertown Shamrocks’ opening round of the Road to the Robertson Cup. The fourth-seeded Shamrocks will face the Austin Bruins in a best-of-five Central Division semifinal series beginning this Friday.
The series kicks off at Riverside Arena in Austin, Minnesota, for Games 1 and 2 on April 17 and 18. Both matchups are scheduled for a 7:05 p.m. puck drop.
The Shamrocks return home to the Prairie Lakes Ice Arena for Game 3 on Friday, April 24, at 7 p.m. If necessary, Game 4 will also be held in Watertown on Saturday, April 25, at 7 p.m.
Should the series require a decisive Game 5, the action will return to Austin on Monday, April 27, at 7:05 p.m.
The winner of this series advances to the division finals to face either the Aberdeen Wings or the Bismarck Bobcats. Fans can follow the action live on NAHL TV or listen via Star 98.1.
