HARRISBURG, S.D. — The Watertown girls golf team opened its season Thursday at the Harrisburg Invitational, led by a podium finish from Gabi Olson.
Olson secured third place individually, carding a 3-over-par 74 to lead the Arrows. As a team, Watertown finished in seventh place with a collective score of plus-73.

Olivia Braun of Aberdeen Central captured the individual title with a dominant 6-under-par 65. Her performance helped the Golden Eagles sweep the event, as Aberdeen also claimed the team championship with a score of plus-20.
Watertown returns to action April 21 at the Huron Quad, held at Broadland Creek Golf Course.
