MITCHELL, S.D. — Watertown’s Gabi Olson shot a 1-over-par 73 to finish in a four-way tie for second place Friday at the Mitchell Invitational, leading the Arrows to a sixth-place team finish.
Aberdeen Central captured the team title with a score of 297, fueled by Emma Dohrer, who carded a 72 to win the individual gold.
Watertown finished the day with a team total of 341. Following Olson, Berkley Fligge carded an 86 and Emma Olson shot an 87 for the Arrows. Kreu Johnson finished at 95, Liv Sherman shot 97, and Macie Stein rounded out the field with a 106.
The Arrows return to action Tuesday when they host the Watertown Invitational at Cattail Crossing Golf Course.
