ABERDEEN, S.D. — The Watertown girls golf team secured a fourth-place finish Tuesday at the Eastern South Dakota Conference Golf Meet at Moccasin Creek Country Club.
The Arrows posted a team score of 362. Aberdeen Central captured the conference championship with a team score of 301, while Mitchell’s Maddie Childs took the individual title by carding a 3-under-par 69.
Gabi Olson led the Arrows individually, finishing in a tie for fifth place with an 80. Kreu Johnson also earned a top-20 finish, placing 19th with a 91.
Rounding out the scoring for Watertown were Emma Olson with a 95, Live Sherman and Berkley Fligge with matching scores of 96, and Ava Fiebelkorn with a 107.
