SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — The South Dakota Golf Association Sanford International Series concluded two days of play Tuesday at Prairie Green Golf Course and Willow Run Golf Course.
In the girls division, Gabi Olson of Watertown led local competitors with a sixth-place finish, carding a two-day total of 159 (80-79). The girls division title went to Ari Jacobs of Sioux Falls, who finished with a 155 (74-81).
In the boys division, Drew Simon of Crooks earned the top spot by carding a two-day total of 144 (70-74). Jonathan DeBoer of Twin Brooks followed in third place with a 149 (76-73).
Max Stemwedel paced the Watertown boys, carding a 155 (77-78) to place 18th overall. Other area finishers included Emmett Schwiesow of Clear Lake with a 169 (86-83), Gavin Neyens of Watertown with a 183 (93-90), and Brecken Jungen of Watertown with a 184 (95-89).
