CLARK, S.D. — Grayson Florey went a perfect 4-for-4 at the plate with two RBIs to lead the Clark Traders past the Ramona Express in South Dakota amateur baseball action Sunday.
Six other Traders (4-4) recorded multiple-hit games, including Damian Severson with three, and Cooper Palmer, Watson Grantham, Brent Griffith, Zach Toben, and Peyton Hofer with two apiece. Toben also launched a home run for Clark, which racked up 18 total hits in the contest.
Toben earned the victory on the mound for the Traders, allowing seven runs on seven hits while striking out nine in six innings of work. David Severson pitched one inning in relief.
Will Matson, Taylor Hojer, and Nolan Fischer each collected two hits for Ramona. Fischer led the Express offense with four RBIs.
Aaron Schlosser took the loss, surrendering 12 runs on 10 hits across four innings. Matson pitched three innings of relief, giving up 10 runs on eight hits.
