YANKTON, S.D. — Scott Holm and Pat Lockwood of Brookings fired a 6-under-par 66 on Sunday to capture the South Dakota Golf Association Senior Two-Man Championship at Fox Run Golf Course.
The duo posted a two-day total of 135 following a Saturday 69 in the four-ball format, securing the overall title during the weekend tournament. Sunday’s final round featured a Chapman format.
Sioux Falls’ Tom Reynolds and Watertown’s Jason Pieper finished fifth overall in the Senior division, carding a two-day total of 140 (69-71). Mike Neuroth and Mark Williams of Watertown tied for 16th with a 149 (72-77).
In the Senior Rushmore division, Bob Endahl of Brandon and Mike Noah of Sioux Falls won on the first playoff hole after finishing 36 holes at 140 (71-69).
Among area competitors in the Rushmore division, Allen Koch and Gary Cotten of Watertown finished 14th at 149 (74-75). Watertown’s Larry Rieffenberger and Jeffrey Bradshaw shot a 155 (75-80), while Dale Nelsen of Florence and Mike Keszler of Watertown finished at 159 (81-78).
Yankton’s Kyle Repp and Steve Weiland won the Masters Championship division on their home course, posting a 4-under-par 140 (69-71). Scott Hardie of Watertown and Joe Villa of Pierre finished third with a 145 (73-72).
