ABERDEEN, S.D. — Lee Park Golf Course will play host to the Class AA State boys golf tournament Monday and Tuesday, where Watertown will look to build on last season’s eighth-place team finish.
The Arrows send a five-man lineup to the championship event: Tyson Lawrence, Gavin Neyens, Riley Randall, Max Stemwedel, and Greyson Zebroski.
Watertown’s contingent will feature heavily in the late-morning tee times on Monday, starting with Stemwedel at 10:30 a.m. Lawrence follows at 10:40 a.m., Neyens at 10:50 a.m., Zebroski at 11:00 a.m., and Randall wraps up the group at 11:10 a.m.
Stemwedel leads the returning Watertown group after pacing the team last year with a two-day score of 153, placing 17th individually. Zebroski was right behind, tying for 18th place with a 154 total. Neyens posted a 165 at last year’s event.
Harrisburg enters as the defending team champion after capturing the 2025 Class AA crown. Individual medalist honors last season went to Bishop O’Gorman’s Taten Mauney, who claimed the title with a 2-under-par 142.
SDPB will provide coverage of the state meet, including full results and photo galleries, at SDPB.org/Golf.
