WATERTOWN, S.D. — Brackets are set for the 2026 South Dakota high school soccer tournaments, with both Watertown teams preparing to host opening-round games on Tuesday night at Allen Mitchell Field.
In Class AA boys action, Watertown enters as the No. 2 seed following an undefeated 13-0-1 regular season. The Arrows will host No. 15 Pierre, a team Watertown shut out 2-0 on Aug. 20. Defending state champion Sioux Falls Lincoln secured the No. 1 overall seed over the Arrows by just 0.024 of a seed point.
In Class AA girls play, Watertown earned the No. 7 seed with an 8-5-1 record and will take on No. 10 Sioux Falls Jefferson. Watertown previously defeated the Cavaliers 5-1 on Sept. 15. Meanwhile, defending Class AA champion Harrisburg enters the postseason as the No. 12 seed.
Start times for both opening-round matches at Allen Mitchell Field have not yet been announced.
The Class AA boys and girls championship games are scheduled for Oct. 17 at Allen Mitchell Field.
