Lucy Jacobsen and Cyndi Kundrna orchestrated the attack with 13 and 11 assists, respectively, while Kundrna added 10 digs for a double-double. Defensively, Kendra Nielsen anchored the backline with a game-high 18 digs, supported by Sierra Boyd’s 14 digs and two service aces. Lilly Jacobsen contributed nine kills and two solo blocks to round out Castlewood’s balanced front-row performance.
Deuel def. Sisseton 3-1 (25-11, 25-19, 22-25, 25-22)
Lauryn Peterreins posted 17 kills and seven aces to power Deuel past Sisseton. Aubrey Lanners fueled the Cardinals’ offense with 26 assists, while Sophie Trupe led the defensive effort with 17 digs. Sisseton was led by Cherie Anderson’s 12 digs and Saylor Langager’s six kills in the four-set battle.
