WATERTOWN, S.D. — The Watertown boys and girls soccer teams celebrated senior night with a pair of home victories Thursday evening.
The No. 4-ranked Arrow boys extended their winning streak to six games and reached double-digit wins on the season with a 4-1 victory over Sioux Falls Roosevelt.
Carson Schlaht led the offense for Watertown (10-0-1) with two goals and an assist. Xane Fligge and Ethan Raml each added a goal, while Matthew Bertsch recorded an assist. Goalkeeper Owen Muller made four saves to preserve the win.
In the girls match, the Arrows (6-4-1) earned their fourth consecutive victory, shutting out the Rough Riders 2-0. Individual statistics for the girls match were not immediately available.
Both Watertown teams continue their home slate Tuesday against Brookings.
