Kamden Keszler delivered a dominant all-around performance to lead Castlewood to a 43-0 victory over Deubrook Area. Keszler was hyper-efficient on the ground, racking up 122 yards and two touchdowns on just six carries, while also adding 109 passing yards and two more scores through the air. Wide receiver Spencer Ries provided a big target downfield, catching three passes for 73 yards and a touchdown to fuel the blowout. Deubrook Area struggled to gain momentum throughout the night, managed only by Lincoln Culber’s team-high 29 rushing yards.
Clark/Willow Lake 44, Parker/Marion 8
Joey Ries threw three touchdown passes to power Clark/Willow Lake past Parker/Marion in a 44-8 rout. Ries finished 11-of-17 for 144 yards, with Talen Huber serving as his top target after hauling in four receptions for 39 yards. The Cyclones also got a strong two-way effort from Jakob Steen, who rushed for 64 yards and a score on seven carries while adding six tackles on defense. Caleb Christiansen provided the lone bright spot for Parker/Marion, leading the offense with 53 rushing yards and a fourth-quarter touchdown on 11 carries.
Deuel 38, Flandreau 7
Gavin Kloos and Aidan Sievers combined for five rushing touchdowns to power Deuel past Flandreau 38-7. Kloos shredded the defense for 215 yards and two scores on 15 carries, while Sievers added 76 rushing yards and three touchdowns for the Cardinals. Sievers was equally impressive on defense, with a team-high eight tackles and an interception. Flandreau avoided the shutout late in the fourth quarter when Brooks Ballard, who finished with 87 yards on 19 carries, broke through for the Fliers’ only touchdown of the night.
